Cancellation Policy

I need to cancel my order. Help?

You can cancel your order anytime! Yes, you heard that right. But as our products are custom-made i.e. they have been specifically ordered and created for you, we reserve the right to refund the amount subject to work done on your order. We also reserve the right to deduct any fees including payment fees charged by our payment gateway (Paypal). For more information please refer to the Refund Policy of Competition Suit  Shop as outlined on this page.

Your order may be cancelled for a refund if upon review (by our team) there is insufficient time for our organization to create a suit and deliver it to you before the date of your competition.

Cancellation process

  1. The customer is required to send us a cancellation notification via email. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. This will make it convenient for all parties to identify your order history and purchase details.
  2. If approved, our team will email the customer regarding the cancellation and amount to be refunded.
  3. The amount to be refunded can only be refunded to the same credit card or Paypal account that the customer has used to make the initial purchase/order.

What if we (competitionsuitshop.com) do not receive a response from you regarding your measurements and style details?

In order to create the perfect suit for you we will need to interact with you to gauge your perfect size and designs you intend to customize. We will do our best to provide the best customer care to obtain the necessary information, however, if the window to deliver the suit is approaching deadline, and we are unable to obtain such information such as measurement details, design details;

  1. Our representatives will notify the customer via email that their order will be cancelled within 24 hours.
  2. If the customer does not reply within the 24 hour period, the order is cancelled.
  3. A full refund will be issued to the Customer.

Short notice orders

Once you place your order with us, our team will get to work on your order right away with initial assessments and follow up questions which will be communicated to you via email. Your order can only be delivered on time if we are able to gauge your measurement information and other details well before the competing window.

If the order is placed at short notice, or if we are unable to obtain the relevant information in time, we will not be able to deliver your order on time.

  1. The customer will be notified about the circumstances and the intentions we have for cancelling the order.
  2. The order will be cancelled within 24 hour of the notification, unless communicated otherwise by the customer.
  3. A full refund will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account that has been utilized for making the purchase.
