To make this dream come true, we have outlined a few points for you to consider, when choosing your suit:

Suit Cut and Suit Style

We encourage you to talk with our customer service team on how we can help you choose your best cut and style to match your physique, and adhere to the federation you are competing in.

Physical Features and Competition Suit Color Combinations

Believe it or not, our expert panels, and years of expertise in this industry has given us quite an insight when it comes to the subtleties of balancing out your look on stage. While this is not written in stone, these are the more winning suit color combinations we suggest based on your physical features.

Hair Color

Brunette and Black Hair

We recommend suits that have a medium to darker color palette as this will help accentuate your natural hair color.

Recommended Colors: Shades of Deep Red. Burgundy, Wine. Try Navy Blue for an alternative look!

Red Hair

We recommend suits that have a warm color palette to accentuate your natural hair color.

Recommended Colors: Tan Hues and Shades of Brown, Red, Orange. Alternately, Green and Teal can be a fun contrast!

Blonde / Light Hair Color

Your natural hair color will be well complemented by Gold or Silver base tones.

Recommended Colors: Gold / Silver. Shades of Bright Hot Pink. Shades of Turquoise/Aqua.

Skin Color and Spray Tan

Based on our experience, your hair color is the predominant feature to consider when choosing your suit color. Your Skin tone color, whilst important, is a secondary variable in this thought process. This is because competitors will be using competing spray tan to accentuate their physique.

We recommend testing your stage tan color to help choose your best color combinations if you are able to. You can also reach out to our dedicated customer service team and we can help suggest the perfect suit combination for you.

Federation Rules

Every federation has its own specific rules and regulations in terms of what is deemed as a legal cut / style of bikini competition suits (Categories may include Bikini Model, Bikini Diva, Fitness Model and so on). You are required to adhere strictly to federation rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in your disqualification. Having put so much hard work and effort into your performance, we highly recommend that you check on these rules and regulations with the federation you are competing at. You can also contact us and we will help guide you through the process.

Your Physique: Know your Strengths and Weaknesses

To paraphrase a well versed quote “Build on your strengths and work on your weakness”, we recommend that you be honest with yourself, and highlight the physical strengths and weaknesses of your conditioning.

For example if you have a short torso, or are unable to dial in your waist to a slimmer figure when training, we can help adjust the ratio by making the suit a lower cut to give you a legal competing edge.

If you have any tattoos or scars, you may want to either accentuate, complement, or hide for stage. Selecting the right suit can help you do this.

Confidence is key, is a motto to live by, which especially holds true on stage. Being confident on stage will definitely enhance your performance. And, having worked so hard to be on stage, we believe that being comfortable in your own skin, and in your own suit, is the key to this confidence. Selecting the right cut (as allowed by your competition in terms of competition level, and federation regulations) to suit your personality will help you be more comfortable on stage, be less self-conscious and enjoy your overall performance even more!
